DakotaOptic provides laser-grade industrial inspection systems, custom optical lenses for heavy microscopes, and high-precision calibration targets. All products are manufactured for structural alignment processes in large-scale manufacturing facilities. We do not offer consumer-grade optics or general-purpose measurement tools.
You must ensure that the operating environment meets the specifications listed in the product documentation. Improper installation, use outside rated temperature ranges, or modification of calibration targets voids all warranties. You are responsible for maintaining a log of calibration cycles as recommended in the user manual.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DakotaOptic’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the specific product that caused the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, including production downtime, lost profits, or structural failures resulting from misalignment data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to digital resources (including calibration certificates, software updates, and support portals) if you fail to comply with these terms. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay for products already delivered.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site or products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
